Our unique, beautifully furnished Yurt Cabins are built on very private 40'x40' decks, some with hot tubs, all with panoramic views of the mountains.

StoneWind Retreat, on a mountain top above Chester, AR, is off I-540 midway between Fort Smith and Fayetteville and 7 miles from the new Lake Fort Smith State Park for fishing, swimming, kayaking, and boating. We are a short drive to Van Buren, the antique capital of Arkansas, and within easy drive of Fayetteville, Ft. Smith, Eureka Springs, Devil's Den State Park, White Rock Mountain, and Mt. Magazine State Park.

Our fully furnished Yurt Cabins are designed for long or short term stays and to put you in touch with nature year round. Relax in comfort any time of year for as long as you want while you enjoy the rugged beauty of our mountains, woods, ponds, and forests.
