- The cabin is located in a very remote part of Arizona, 4 miles north of Young AZ. (Young is approximately 50 miles Southeast of Payson.) Few people know where Young is located. Those that do, tend not to mention it in conversation. Young is a very well kept secret, even among native Arizonans. The exact mileage from Hwy 202 and Gilbert Road in North Mesa to the cabin is 120 miles. Please allow approximately 2 and 1/2 hours travel time. Nestled among 7 acres of tall Ponderosa Pines, you will feel alone in the wilderness. There are no other visible residents except for the neighbors across the main road (Freds Road). The front of the cabin faces the creek and the National Forest. Enjoy the 11' x 32' front deck as you take in the view. - RV Hookups 110V /220V + water + septic - available only with cabin rental. Maximum 3 week stay $35.00 per night

- Visa/Mastercard and Personal Check are accepted. Requested reservation dates must be at least two weeks in advance. If you need to cancel or change your reservation, please email at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date. No refunds are available, but we are happy to change your reservation to another available date. Cancellations emailed less than 72 hours from the scheduled arrival date are forfeited, unless we can find someone to fulfill the commitment. We regularly email prior guests when there is a cancellation so there is a good chance someone will want to fill your cancellation. If there are 5 or more persons in your party, please email before completing a reservation form. Additional charges may apply.
