- Staying at our cabin is a totally relaxing experience where you can meditate on the patio, take a snooze in the hammock, challenge each other to a game of Scrabble, read, etc. There is a lot of birdlife, and while you are out there you will feel a world away from everything else. You may even see some deer come by! There are plenty of nearby hikes and the river and its swimming holes are only a few minutes away.
- If you're interested in wine tasting, there are many great vineyards near us in the Santa Ynez Valley, which are open daily. These are located about a half hour north of the cabin. Along the way you’ll pass Cachuma Lake which has small boats for rent and also fun guided boat tours of the lake. Solvang is a town that was designed to look like a Danish village. It has many shops, great bakeries, and an outdoor “theater under the stars” in Summer. A little further down this road is Buellton, where you might recognize some of the places in the movie, Sideways.
- South of our cabin is Santa Barbara. There are lots of things to do there as well, including a new California Condor aviary at the Santa Barbara Zoological Gardens. The Zoo is 20 miles away, about half an hour travel time. Santa Barbara also has great beaches, and lots of shops and restaurants as well as the Santa Barbara Mission, Botanical Gardens and Natural History Museum. Its downtown is about 25 minutes from us.
- THREE NIGHT MINIMUM
- $165 for first 3 nights/ $135 for next 3 nights/ $100 per night for 7th night and any additional nights.
- Stays over Thanksgiving or Christmas/New Years - FOUR NIGHT MINIMUM: Please inquire about rates.

- 10% Occupancy Tax by the County of Santa Barbara.
- Security/Damage Deposit: $300 - Must be received within 4 days of booking. This is fully refundable within two weeks after departure if no damage or loss is incurred.
- Payment of rent: Full payment of rent is required 30 days prior to arrival date or within 72 hours of booking if less than 30 days to arrival date.
- Notice of Cancellation: If cancellation notice is received less than three weeks prior to arrival date, a $100 Cancellation Fee will be applied.
