- 1-4 people - $250 per night/$1500 per week,
- 5-10 - $350 per night/$2000 per week,
- 11-20 $450 per night/$2500 per week.
- Flat weekly rental rate applies May 26 - August 15.
- $100 - $150 cleaning fee. 12% tax added to all rentals.
- Two night min, longer stays may be required for summer months, special events and holidays.
