  • Driving Information: From Atlanta take GA Hwy 400N to GA Hwy 60 N through Dahlonega to Suches. In Suches turn right onto GA Hwy 180 and drive .8 mile to High Valley Resort on the right. High Valley is a 1.5 hour drive from Atlanta.


  • Flying Information: High Valley Airport (Atlanta Sectional Chart Coordinates N34ƒ41.9'W84ƒ00.8') features a 2000 ft grass airstrip. The approach to RWY2 comes in over Woody Lake and RWY20 is over an old sawmill. Use left traffic for RWY20 and right for RWY2 at about 3200 feet msl. Call 706-747-2037 (Unicom:122.8) with your flight plan for landing permission.
