The Nauvoo Temple, Redbrick Store, Nauvoo House, as well as the Homestead, Joseph & Emma's first Nauvoo home are located just across the river. With Parley's Landing in clear site many reflect upon the wintry exodus of thousands who fled Nauvoo (1843) across the frozen Mississippi River to Montrose. From Montrose the historic Mormon Trail began!

Guests have commented that being on the deck of the NauView House is like being on a large boat. From there they experience the incredible peace such a majestic river can bring. Ideal for photographers, the generously equipped NauView House is an oasis for couples as well as families. It's ideal an cabin retreat for any inspired by spectacular views.

Rates:
  • $110 per night for one. $10.00 per night for each additional person.
  • Two night minimum. Eight person maximum.
  • (Children under two years are free and not counted in the total.)
