- Non-Prime Rent: all nights not classified Prime or Off-Season above 1-6 guests: $275/night; $1,500/week
- Additional fees apply to the following:

- Additional guests: $15 per night per guest
- Pet fee $20 per night per pet (no cats)
- Cleaning fees $100 for up to six guests
