Rates:
  • $700 week - Available Year Round 8% NC lodging tax applicable
  • $125/night, 2 night minimum, $150/night Holidays - 4 night minimum
  • $75/125 janitorial per visit. Optional hot tub $70 - March thru Novem
  • $150 refundable deposit to confirm reservation
  • Rental Agreement Required.
