Come stay at this secluded log cabin with incredible views. Kick back in the hot tub after a day of hiking, skiing, or sightseeing and enjoy the 50+ mile views. This cabin is approx 20 min from Boone and West Jefferson. All 4 ski resorts are 25-45 minutes away. The Blue Ridge Parkway is a stones throw away and we use it as the way into Boone & Blowing Rock. We are located at the end of a 1/2 mile gravel road at approx 4000' elevation on 4+ secluded acres. There is a full kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, range, coffee maker and toaster oven. 2 bedrooms downstairs (1 king & 1 queen) each w/ private bath. There are 2 lofts. One with two twin beds and the other is set up as a reading room with a queen sofa sleeper. The Lofts overlook a vaulted beamed living room with a stone wood burning fireplace (firewood provided), And Satellite TV. 4 french doors (2 from living and 1 from each bedroom) lead out to a 900 sq ft deck with patio furniture, hot tub and gorgeous sunrises above the fog covered valleys below.

We are very kid friendly with video games in the loft, Billiards, ping pong, darts, and air hockey in the garage and don’t forget Tweetsie Railroad is only 25 minutes away.

Rates:
  • $500 for the 1st 2 nites, $170 for 3rd, 4th, & 5th nites, $100 for 6th nite, $1200/ week
  • Sat to Sat weekly rental will incur an additional charges
  • Add $85 cleaning and spa service
  • 10% NC taxes
  • $200 refundable damage deposit
