This private, unique property is nestled on the Headwaters of the French Broad River in Transylvania County. There are a lot of deer, turkey and other critters in the area. There are two comfortable, nicely furnished cabins available. The Hilltop cabin is located on a hill above the lovely, East Fork of the French Broad River. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a full kitchen. The Streamside cabin is surrounded on 2 sides by the same stream. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and a full kitchen. Both are very private and separate from each other. They are located on 8.5 private wooded, serene acres of pure mountain beauty. Located 12 miles from the Brevard Courthouse, approximately a 20 minute drive. There is nearly one thousand feet of streamside on this property, suitable for wading and fishing or just listening to water run over rocks.

Nearby towns include Brevard, Hendersonville, and Asheville NC. All have many fine restaurants and unique shops. we look forward to hearing from you soon. Come sit on the porch, take you shoes off. Relax and enjoy!

  • May thru October $110.00 per night plus 11% tax 3 night minimum - $726.00 weekly including tax
  • November Thru April $100 Nightly plus tax 3 night minimum

  • Streamside Cabin
  • May thru October $110.00 per night plus 11% tax 3 night minimum - $726.00 weekly including tax
  • November Thru April $100 Nightly plus 11% tax 3 night minimum.
  • $150.00 refundable security deposit required to reserve either cabin. Visa , Master card accepted.

  • Policies: No refunds for cancellations of 7 days or less notice. No shows will be charged full rate.
