Reservation and Cancellation Policy:
Reservation confirmation requires a minimum 50% deposit (25% for reservations made six months or more in advance). We do not accept credit cards at this time, however, we do accept personal checks for deposit and stays of two weeks or longer. To receive a full deposit refund (minus a $25 handling fee you must cancel by mail or e-mail no later than 30 days prior to your reservation start date. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of your deposit.
