Rates:
- NIGHTLY: In-Season and Holidays - $175 (2 night minimum) Off-Season - $150 (2 night minimum)
- WEEKLY: In-Season and Holidays - $900 Off-Season - $700
- (In-Season - May 15th through October 31st., Thanksgiving weekend, and Christmas week. Rate includes NC taxes and cleaning fee.)
- Check-in at 4:00 pm, check-out at 11:00 am. We accept personal checks or money orders. 40% Deposit required to hold reservation. The remaining 60% is due three (3) weeks before check-in, along with an extra 15% Security Deposit. The Security Deposit will be returned immediately, and in whole, after inspection of the property.
