- We offer three seasonal rates from $80.00/night and up, which are defined as follows:
- Premier Season: All Holiday Seasons (Memorial Day & Labor Day weekends; Thanksgiving week - 7 night minimum; Christmas season through New Years season - 4 night minimum); June 1st thru August 15th and October
- Regular Season: Spring Break (the week before & after Easter), Easter, August 16th thru August 31st, September, November and December except Premier Seasons
- Value Season: January thru May, except Spring Break & Premier Seasons
- Note: A 2 night stay is allowed during Value Season but will be charged at Regular Season rate.
