Just off a breathtaking valley road, midway between Warm Springs and Monterey, Virginia, you'll find Bolar Run Retreat. Visit one of our log cabins and you'll find all the comforts of home - away from home - in the pristine and awesome beauty of the Allegheny Mountains. Here you can feel the restorative powers of nature wash away any hassles of the everyday world.

We offer two cabins that are beautifully furnished and have gas fireplaces. Maple Cabin is a cozy two-bedroom cabin with a full bathroom and galley kitchen. And, Spruce Cabin offers two bedrooms (one is a spacious master suite), two full bathrooms, a full kitchen, and dining room.

Whether you enjoy fly-fishing in the Jackson or the Bullpasture Rivers, hiking or mountain biking on the many trails in the George Washington National Forest and state parks, soaking in the mineral baths, playing golf at The Homestead, or simply relaxing in our deluxe cabins, you will experience a vacation to remember at Bolar Run Retreat.

   Maple Cabin 		Rates:
  • Daily rate for Maple Cabin: $165/night, double occupancy
  • Daily rate for Spruce Cabin: $195/night, double occupancy
  • Additional Guest Fees:
  • $20/night each additional child 16 and under
  • $30/night each additional adult
  • Each cottage will sleep four people. Children must be supervised at all times.
