This beautiful home is located near the famous VIRGINIA CREEPER TRAIL in the high country of Southwestern Virginia (elevation 4,000 ft) at Whitetop. The 160 acres that surround the house was originally a cattle farm, now it is a Fraser Fir Christmas Tree Farm. About half the land is in Christmas Tree production, the balance is timberland. You are encouraged to roam the entire 160 acres at your leasure. The house was renovated in the mid 70's and again in 02. You will find all the conveniences you could want. The yard is very large and well maintained. It is ideal for many outdoor activities. There also is a nice pond near the house. This cottage is large enough for 10 and cozy enough for two.
