"Rising Springs Farm" - Private rural retreat on 20 park like acres with spectacular vistas near Mt. Rainier on the "road to Paradise".

GATEWAY... to outstanding scenic recreation areas and attractions such as Mt. Rainier National Park, St. Helen's National Momument, Gifford Pinchot National Forest and Goat Rocks Wilderness Area. The retreat is only 5 minutes from NW Trek (wildlife center), 15 minutes from Alder Lake Recreation area for swimming, boating and fishing and Elbe steam train or you can go golfing or whitewater rafting or kayaking on the Nisqually or Tieton Rivers. Skiing at Paradise (30min) or White Pass Ski area is within an hours drive.

COUNTRY COMFORT...The retreat is tastefully furnished and decorated in a comfortable and casual lodge style and each room of the home has amazing views of the expansive grounds, meadows, ponds, wetlands and woodlands. The retreat is cozy for two but will sleep 8 comfortably in its three bedrooms and sun/family studio room.

There are trails and special areas for a quiet retreat where you can view the scenery and wildlife and plenty of room for gatherings of family and friends to enjoy over 3 acres of laws with territorial views. Don't be suprised if you see our Elk heard lounging in the fields next to the ponds or our neighborly Blue Herons out to catch a meal in one of the three ponds on the property. There are several nesting boxes for nation Wood Ducks. Each year Wood Ducks, Mergansers, Ring Necks, Mallards, Red Wing Blackbirds, Buffleheads and a large variety of other birds and wildlife make their home at the Farm. It is a wonderful retreat for birders and natural enthusiasts of all kinds.

  • Nightly Rate: 2 night minimum "longer minimums may be required depending on month and holidays.
  • Weekly Rate: 10% discount six (6) night or longer stays

  • $200 Security deposit
  • Pet friendly - dogs only w/permission and additional fee/pet deposit
  • Rental Payment: Visa, Master or debit cards. Personal check accepted if 4 weeks in advance of occupancy. Payment to confirm booking paid w/in 7 days of booking w/security deposit.
  • For advance bookings of 40 days or longer, 50% of rental fee is required at the time of booking and remaining 50% and deposit paid 4 weeks prior to occupancy.
