Need to get away? Check yourself into our Moose Cabin. Then curl up with a good book in front of the window overlooking Shadow Mountain Lake and Rocky Mountain National Park. In the summer, wander out to the deck to sip your coffee and check for local wildlife that frequently wanders through the property.

Our cute kitchen is equipped to prepare three meals a day if you desire. The dining area comfortably seats 4.

Climb up the spiral staircase to the loft with a Queen size bed. It is a beautiful retreat at the top of the cabin with a bed worthy of sleeping in. The kids get their own space in the Clubhouse downstairs - complete with a bunkbed, a bear friend, games, and a glow-in-the-dark starry ceiling.

***This cabin was renovated in early 2009! We have added a gorgeous pine ceiling, new carpet, and all new furniture. We believe it is a comfortable and fun place to stay while you explore Grand County.***

  • We are approximately 2 hours from Denver.
  • There are 3+ lakes within 5 miles of the cabin, offering water sports in the summer and ice fishing in the winter.
  • Come to ski downhill or cross country, snow shoe, snowmobile, sled/tube, fish, play golf, sail, or enjoy the many hiking trails.
  • Grand County has many wonderful restaurants, as well as year-round activities with something for everyone.
  • You will likely see wildlife during your stay, especially in the summer
  • Jan. 1-March 5: $115/night, $690/week (2-night min.)
  • March 6-26: $125/night, $750/week (2-night min.)
  • March 27-June 10: $115/night, $690/week (2-night min.)
  • June 11-Aug. 20: $135/night, $825 (4 night min.)
  • Aug. 21-Sept. 30: $125/night, $750/week (2-night min.)
