  • We offer properties on both sides of the lake. (Dandridge or Sevierville). Sevierville side will be approximately 20 minutes to Pigeon Forge and 30 to Gatlinburg. Dandridge side is approximately 30 minutes to Pigeon Forge and 40-45 minutes to Gatlinburg.
  • Rates vary due to size of the cabin. Our smallest cabin runs $95 a night for off season and $110 a night for summer months and Holidays. Our largest cabin runs $375 a night during off season and $450 for Prime and Holidays. Prices are for 2 guests, this m
