It is a perfect place for individuals & families who like privacy while enjoying breathtaking views of the lake & surrounding Adirondack Mts.

The home is on two levels both have commanding views of the lake which is just steps away. Both levels have knotty pine interior which makes it truly a warm & inviting place with windows across the front of each level looking out on the lake just steps away. The main level has the master bedroom, open living-dining-kitchen area. Glass/screened porch just off kitchen overlooks lake,bath w/tub-shower & den/bedroom w/2 twin beds. Both levels have flat screen TV and wireless internet.

Lower level living area opens to the lake w/great water views. It has a floor to ceiling rock fireplace in the "hearth room". This family room has a flast screen TV and VCR, stereo and comfortable seating area and table w/chairs for eating, playing games or doing crafts. Lower level large bedroom has two double beds and dresser.

Laundry room and 1/2 bath is in the lower level. There is a washer& dryer, toilet, sink and storage for guests items.

There is a single car garage w/automatic door opener where BBQ & outdoor furniture are stored. The property has 310 ft of lakefront and its own private dock w/boathouse and sundeck. Great swimming in the private bay areas of the property as well as great water skiing and fishing.

Blessed with some of the best views on the lake facing the east for the best sunsets on the lake it also has Buck Mt. & Pilot Knob just above the property in the Adirondack Park w/lots of hiking trails just a short walk away. Within 15 mile radius there are over 15 public & private golf courses & Vermont is just a half hour drive away. Lake George Village is 15 minutes from the house & offers visitors great food, wine shops, museums and the Great Escape a world class theme park. Boat rentals and launch is available in Lake George Village along w/steamboat rides on the lake.
